My file doesn't play in Windows Media Player, why?

On the rare occasion the MP3 may not function correctly in WMP. This is because the format we output the music files in is sometimes not supported by Windows Media Player, try using Winamp!

Can I download my favorite songs from Artists in the music industry?

We do not support piracy of any kind. Our service should only be used for videos/music that are not copyrighted.

Why can I only convert two (2) videos?

Guests can only convert two (2) videos, you must then register - members can convert unlimited videos.
